1. Data controller
The data controller responsible for your personal data is Anu Global Consultants sp. z o.o., registered at Al. Jana Pawła II 43A/37B, 01-001 Warszawa, operating the Amma Unavagam cloud kitchen in Warsaw.
2. What data we collect
When you fill in the reservation form, we ask for your full name, phone number, email address, delivery address and post code. If you contact us directly on WhatsApp, we also see your phone number and the content of your message.
3. How your data reaches us
This website does not have a server or database of its own. The reservation form on this site does not transmit your details to us — instead, it opens a pre-filled message in your own WhatsApp app, which you choose to send. Your data is only received by us once you press send in WhatsApp, directly through that platform.
4. Why we process your data
We use your data solely to confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to respond to any enquiry you send us. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) for orders, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Who else sees your data
Messages you send us are carried by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd), acting under their own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep order-related messages only as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet our accounting and tax obligations under Polish law, after which they are deleted.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR (RODO), you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind.
