Amma Unavagam is a weekend-only South Indian cloud kitchen operating in Warsaw, Poland, run by Anu Global Consultants sp. z o.o., registered at Al. Jana Pawła II 43A/37B, 01-001 Warszawa. These terms govern every order placed through our WhatsApp channel.

We operate exclusively on weekends. All dishes are cooked to order in limited batches after a reservation is confirmed. We do not offer dine-in or walk-in service — orders are accepted by pre-order only, via WhatsApp.

Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before Friday 20:00. Orders for Sunday delivery must be placed before Saturday 20:00. Because batches are limited, a submitted order is not guaranteed until we confirm it back to you on WhatsApp.

Delivery is available within Warsaw only. We currently deliver to Warsaw Zone 1 (10 PLN) and Warsaw Zone 2 (20 PLN), during the 13:00–20:00 window. We are unable to deliver outside Warsaw city limits.

All prices are shown in Polish złoty (PLN) and exclude the delivery fee, which depends on your zone. We accept BLIK only — no cash or card on delivery, and no bank transfer. Your order is confirmed only once payment is received and you send us a screenshot of the payment via WhatsApp. Cooking does not begin until payment is confirmed. If you have any doubts or questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Under Article 38(4) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to food and perishable goods prepared to order. You may cancel or amend an order free of charge any time before the relevant order cutoff (Friday or Saturday 20:00). Once cooking has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including gluten, dairy, nuts and shellfish derivatives. If you have any food allergy or intolerance, please tell us before ordering via WhatsApp so we can advise you. Amma Unavagam prepares food in accordance with applicable Polish food safety and hygiene regulations.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or courier availability. Our liability for any confirmed order is limited to the value of that order.

If you are unhappy with an order, contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve it.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for Warsaw.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
